DNK-333 is a potent and balanced dual NK1 and NK2 receptor antagonist with IC50 values of 4.8 nM and 5.5 nM, respectively. DNK-333 blocks the Neurokinin A (NKA) (HY-P0197) -induced bronchoconstriction in asthma[1].
