Bz-Pro-Phe-Arg-pNA (Bz-PFR-pNA) hydrochloride is a chromogenic peptide substrate for plasma and glandular Kallikrein, cysteine proteinase (Cruzipain) and Trypsin. Bz-Pro-Phe-Arg-pNA hydrochloride can be used in Factor XII assay[1][2].
