Mafoprazine (methanesulfonate)
Mafoprazine methanesulfonate is a phenylpiperazine derivative with variable affinities for neuronal receptors. It may exert its antipsychotic effects primarily through D2 receptor blockade and α-adrenergic activity, and may increase the activity of dopamine metabolites[1].
