Y08060 is a selective BET inhibitor. Y08060 inhibits the viability of C4-2B and LNCaP cell lines with IC50 values of 3.23 and 4.41 μM. Y08060 can suppress colony formation as well as AR expression in prostate cancer cell line. Y08060 can be studied in prostate cancer research[1].
