Bis (2R,3R) -Orniplabin
Bis (2R,3R) -Orniplabin is an isomer of Orniplabin (HY-122311) . Orniplabin (SMTP-7) is a low molecular weight compound that enhances plasminogen-fibrin binding, urokinase-catalyzed plasminogen activation, and urokinase and plasminogen-mediated fibrin degradation. Orniplabin exhibits potential thrombolytic and anti-inflammatory effects. Orniplabin inhibits reactive oxygen species (ROS) [1][2].
