N-Deacetylcolchicine (tartrate)
N-Deacetylcolchicine tartrate is a microtubule polymerization inhibitor with an IC50 of 3 μM against bovine brain microtubules. N-Deacetylcolchicine tartrate is a derivative of Colchicine (HY-16569) . N-Deacetylcolchicine tartrate can activate the GTPase activity of microtubules and can be used for the research of cancer[1][2].
