AUY954 is an oral active and selective sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor 1 agonist with the EC50 values of 1.2 nM, 0.9 nM >10,000 nM, 1,210 nM, >1,000 nM, and 340 nM for hS1P2, mS1P2, S1P2, S1P3, S1P4, and S1P5 receptors, respectively. AUY954 can be used for study of experimental autoimmune neuritis[1][2].
