Piperaquine (tetraphosphate)
Piperaquine tetraphosphate is a potent antimalaria agent. Piperaquine tetraphosphate shows inhibition for chloroquine-sensitive and the chloroquine-resistant isolates. Piperaquine tetraphosphate in combination with dihydroartemisinin has the potential for the research of chloroquine-resistant malaria[1][2].
