Tamoxifen analog II, a cyclopropyl derivative of Stilbene, is a nonsteroidal antiestrogen. Tamoxifen analog II has antiestrogenic activity. Tamoxifen analog II inhibits the growth of DMBA (HY-W011845) -induced rat mammary tumors[1].
