AG-1801
AG-1801, a nitrobenzopyridine derivative, is a tyrosine phosphorylation inhibitor. AG-1801 can induce the disintegration of the microtubule network in living cells, and does not inhibit microtubule polymerization in vitro. AG-1801 can be used for the study of microtubule-related signaling pathways[1].
