NRX-204647 is a potent activator of retinoic acid nuclear (RAR) with higher specificity than that to RAR and RAR. NRX-204647 can inhibit bone formation. NRX-204647 significantly reduces bone volume/tissue volume (BV/TV) . NRX-204647 can be studied in anti-cancer research[1][2].
