Sch-40338 is a dual antagonist of platelet-activating factor (PAF) and histamine with an IC50 of 0.59 μM (PAF-induced platelet aggregation) and a Ki of 5.4 μM (Histamine H₁ receptor binding) . Sch-40338 can be used for the study of allergic disease[1].
