Methoctramine tetrahydrochloride is a potent and cardioselectivity antagonist of M2 muscarinic receptor. Methoctramine tetrahydrochloride can inhibit Muscarine -induced bradycardia in vivo. Methoctramine tetrahydrochloride can be used in the study of cardiovascular diseases[1][2][3].
