Dorrigocin A
Dorrigocin A is an analog of Migrastatin. Dorrigocin A can inhibit the carboxymethyltransferase involved in Ras processing and reverse the morphology of ras-transformed NIH/3T3 cells. Dorrigocin A is promising for research of anti-cancer and anti-arthritis agents[1].
