Meglumine Metrizoate (Methylglucamine metrizoate) is an ionic water-soluble contrast medium. Meglumine Metrizoate has a good imaging effect in cerebral angiography. Compared with the non-ionic contrast medium Metrizamide (HY-W000133), Meglumine Metrizoate has a higher probability of causing adverse effects such as EEG deterioration and bradycardia[1].
