NAA-004
NAA-004 is a novel azo compound formed by linking 5-aminosalicylic acid and 4-aminophenylacetic acid through an azo bond. NAA-004 has oral activity. NAA-004 can inhibit colon damage, intracavitary fluid accumulation, and MPO activity. NAA-004 can be used for research on colitis[1].
