Mazapertine is an orally active antipsychotic agent. M azapertine antagonizes to dopamine D2/3/4 receptors (Ki values 5-HT1A receptor (Ki =1.7 nM) and α1-adrenergic receptor (Ki = 1.3 nM) . Mazapertine can be used for the research of neurological disease[1].
