BMS-181184 is a new Pradimicin derivative and fungicide. BMS-181184 exhibits fungicidal activity against yeasts, dermatophytes, and most Aspergillus fumigatus strains. BMS-181184 is active against Sporothrix schenckii, dematiaceous fungi, and some members of the non-Aspergillus hyaline hyphomycetes[1].
