Ipazilide fumarate (Win 54177-4 fumarate) is an antiarrhythmic agent. Ipazilide fumarate reduces K+- depolarized tone. Ipazilide fumarate prolongs ventricular refractoriness and possesses antiectopic activity[1][2].
