IO-21

IO-21 (Compound 3) is a candidate cytoprotective agent. IO-21 exhibits a marked cytoprotective effect. IO-21 shows a potent inhibitory activity against HCl•ethanol-induced lesions. IO-21 shows a MIC of 50 μg/mL against Helicobacter pylori 7795. IO-21 can be used in the research of gastric mucosal ulcers[1].
