ONO-1714
ONO-1714 is an orally active nitric oxide synthase inhibitor. ONO-1714 attenuates endotoxin-induced acute lung injury, reduces intestinal ischemia–reperfusion injury, represses biliary carcinogenesis[1][2][3].
