Tezacitabine (hydrate)
Tezacitabine hydrate is a cytostatic and cytotoxic antimetabolite and nucleoside analogue. Tezacitabine hydrate irreversibly inhibits the ribonucleotide reductase and interferes with DNA replication and repair. Tezacitabine hydrate effectively induces cells Apoptosis. Tezacitabine hydrate has the potential for leukemias and solid tumors (carcinomas) treatment[1][2].
