Clemeprol
Clemeprol (BRL 14342) is an orally active Noradrenaline (NA) and 5-HT uptake blocker. Clemeprol inhibits 6- Hydroxydopamine (HY-B1081) -induced depletion of brain NA. Clemeprol exerts a dose-dependent inhibition of Reserpine (HY-N0480) -induced hypothermia. Clemeprol can be used in the research of depression[1][2].
