Duazomycin (Duazomycin A) sodium is a glutamine antagonist. Duazomycin sodium can significantly enhance the effectiveness of 6-Mercaptopurine (6-MP) (HY-13677) in experimental allergic encephalomyelitis (EAE) without increasing toxicity[1][2].
