Fluorofelbamate
Fluorofelbamate, a Felbamate (HY-B0184) analog, is a potent NMDA receptor antagonist. Fluorofelbamate exhibits anticonvulsant and antiepileptogenic effects in an experimental rat model of self-sustaining status epilepticus (SSSE) . Fluorofelbamate can be used for epilepsy research[1].
