PD 175069 is a potent and selective N-type calcium channel antagonist with an IC50 of 0.32 μM. PD 175069 is efficacious in an audiogenic seizure model using DBA/2 mice. PD 175069 can be used for research on neurological conditions such as neuropathic pain and stroke[1].
