AZT-P-ddI is an antiviral heterodimer composed of Zidovudine (AZT) (HY-17413) and Didanosine (ddI) (HY-B0249) . AZT-P-ddI shows inhibitory effect against HIV-1 with an EC50 of 0.14 nM. AZT-P-ddI can be used for the research of infection[1].
