Mozenavir
Mozenavir (DMP 450) is an orally active and highly selective inhibitor of HIV-1 protease (Ki=0.3 nM) . Mozenavir blocks the cleavage and processing of viral polyproteins, inhibiting the replication and maturation of HIV-1. Mozenavir is promising for research of HIV infection[1][2][3].
