TIP48/49-IN-1

TIP48/49-IN-1 (Compound B) is an orally active and specific inhibitor of RUVBL1/2 ATPase, with an IC50 of 59 nM for purified RUVBL1/2. TIP48/49-IN-1 affects DNA replication process, and leads to S-phase arrest. TIP48/49-IN-1 induces apoptosis. TIP48/49-IN-1 inhibits tumor growth and radiosensitizes non-small cell lung cancer cells (NSCLC) [1].
