Gardiquimod (hydrochloride)
Gardiquimod (hydrochloride) is an imidazoline TLR7/8 agonist. Gardiquimod (hydrochloride) inhibits HIV-1 infection of macrophages and activates peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) . Gardiquimod (hydrochloride) specifically activates TLR7 at concentrations below 10 μM[1][2].
