LY-272015 is an orally active, specific 5-HT2B receptor antagonist. LY-272015 completely inhibits the phosphorylation of ERK2 induced by 5-HT or BW723C86. LY-272015 is antihypertensive in Deoxycorticosterone Acetate (DOCA) -salt-hypertensive rats[1][2].
