HT-29/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) stable cell line
HT-29/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) cells are derived from the human colon cancer cell line HT-29 by stably integration of a STAT5 GFP reporter construct. HT-29 cell line has been widely used to study molecular mechanism under cancer development, including tumor growth, invasion, and metastasis, as well as identify potential therapeutic targets. HT-29/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) cells stably express GFP under the control of the STAT5 response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of STAT5 signaling pathway.
