LN229/GFP stable cell line

LN229/GFP cells are derived from the human glioblastoma cell line LN229 by stably integration of a constitutive GFP stably expression construct. The LN229 cell line has been widely used in studies to understand the biology of glioblastoma and to test potential treatments. LN229/GFP cells stably express GFP, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
