KLN205/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) stable cell line

KLN205/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) cells are derived from the murine lung squamous cell carcinoma cell line KLN205 by stably integration of a STAT5 GFP reporter construct. KLN205 cell line is a well established model for cancer research, particularly for studying lung cancer mechanisms and potential therapies. KLN205/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) cells stably express GFP under the control of the STAT5 response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of STAT5 signaling pathway.
