HT1376/RFP-luciferase stable cell line

HT1376/RFP-luciferase cells are derived from the human HT1376 urinary bladder carcinoma cell line by stably integration of a constitutive RFP and Firefly luciferase stably expression construct. HT1376 cell line has been widely used to study bladder cancer biology, test potential treatments, and explore the molecular mechanisms underlying the disease. HT1376/RFP-luciferase cells stably express RFP and Firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
