LS-174T/STAT3 Reporter (Luc) stable cell line
LS-174T/STAT3 Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the human colon cancer LS-174T cell line by stably integration of a STAT3 firefly luciferase reporter construct. The LS174T cells are used to investigate the molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying colon cancer, including tumor growth, metastasis, and drug resistance, as well as testing the efficacy of new anticancer drugs and treatment strategies. LS-174T/STAT3 Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the STAT3 response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of STAT3 signaling pathway.
