KASUMI-3/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) stable cell line

KASUMI-3/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the human KASUMI-3 myeloblast cell line by stably integration of a NF-kB firefly luciferase reporter construct. KASUMI-3 cell line was generated from acute myeloblastic leukemia (AML), has been widely used to study the mechanism of AML and evaluate the effects of new drugs or therapies. KASUMI-3/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the NF-kB response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of NF-kB signaling pathway.
