Jurkat SMAD/TGFbeta Reporter (RFP) stable cell line
Jurkat SMAD/TGFbeta Reporter (RFP) cells are derived from the human immortalized T lymphocyte Jurkat cell line by stably integration of a SMAD/TGFbeta RFP reporter construct. Jurkat cells have been used to study acute T cell leukemia, T cell signaling, and the stably expression of various chemokine receptors susceptible to viral entry, particularly HIV. Jurkat SMAD/TGFbeta Reporter (RFP) cells stably express RFP under the control of the SMAD/TGFbeta response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of TGF?/SMAD signaling pathway.
