NIH3T3/GFP stable cell line

NIH3T3/GFP cells are derived from the mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line NIH3T3 by stably integration of a constitutive GFP stably expression construct. NIH3T3 cells have been have been widely used in biomedical research. NIH3T3/GFP cells stably express GFP, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
