HT1376/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) stable cell line

HT1376/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the human HT1376 urinary bladder carcinoma cell line by stably integration of a NF-kB firefly luciferase reporter construct. HT1376 cell line has been widely used to study bladder cancer biology, test potential treatments, and explore the molecular mechanisms underlying the disease. HT1376/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the NF-kB response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of NF-kB signaling pathway.
