KU-812/GFP stable cell line

KU-812/GFP cells are derived from the basophilic leukaemia cell line KU-812 by stably integration of a constitutive GFP stably expression construct. KU-812 cell line is widley used in immunological studies, cancer research and drug development. KU-812/GFP cells stably stably express GFP, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
