HCT-15/STAT5 Reporter (Luc) stable cell line

HCT-15/STAT5 Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the human colon cancer HCT-15 cell line by stably integration of a STAT5 firefly luciferase reporter construct. The HCT-15 cell line has been extensively characterized and serves as a valuable tool for understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying colon cancer progression and for testing potential treatment. HCT-15/STAT5 Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the STAT5 response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of STAT5 signaling pathway.
