SJSA-1/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) stable cell line

SJSA-1/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the human SJSA-1 osteosarcoma cell line by stably integration of a NF-kB firefly luciferase reporter construct. SJSA-1 cell line was generated from osteosarcoma, has been widely used in studies related to drug development, cancer signaling pathways, and the effects of various compounds on osteosarcoma cells. SJSA-1/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the NF-kB response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of NF-kB signaling pathway.
