LTPA/GFP stable cell line

LTPA/GFP cells are derived from the mouse pancreas adenocarcinoma LTPA cell line by stably integration of a constitutive GFP stably expression construct. LTPA cells are used to investigate the molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying pancreatic cancer, and to evaluate the efficacy of new anticancer drugs and therapies. LTPA/GFP cells stably express GFP, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
