C6/STAT5 Reporter (Luc) stable cell line
C6/STAT5 Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the rat C6 glioma cell line by stably integration of a STAT5 firefly luciferase reporter construct. C6 cell line has been widely used for studying the molecular mechanisms underlying glioma development and progression, as well as for screening potential drugs for the treatment of gliomas. C6/STAT5 Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the STAT5 response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of STAT5 signaling pathway.
