JVM-2/Luciferase stable cell line

JVM-2/Luciferase cells are derived from the human lymphoblast cell line JVM-2 by stably integration of a constitutive firefly luciferase expression construct. JVM-2 cells have been widely used in cancer research and drug development. JVM-2/Luciferase cells stably express firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
