Calu-3/Luciferase stable cell line

Calu-3/Luciferase cells are derived from the human Calu-3 lung carcinoma cell line by stably integration of a constitutive Firefly luciferase stably expression construct. Calu-3 cell line has been widely used in cancer research, drug development and as respiratory models in preclinical applications. Calu-3/Luciferase cells stably express Firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
