MCA-205/luciferase stable cell line

MCA-205/luciferase cells are derived from the mouse fibrosarcoma cell line MCA-205 by stably integration of a constitutive Firefly luciferase stably expression construct. MCA-205 cells are widely used for studying tumor-reactive T lymphocytes, the most critical requirement for adoptive immunotherapy. MCA-205/Luciferase cell line is an excellent model for studying the immune responses to tumor cells and for developing targeted cancer immunotherapies in vitro and in vivo.
