MIA PaCa-2/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) stable cell line
MIAPaCa-2/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) cells are derived from the human pancreas carcinoma MIA PaCa-2 cell line by stably integration of a STAT5 GFP reporter construct. MIA PaCa-2 cells are widely used to study pancreatic cancer biology and to evaluate the effectiveness of new drugs and targeted therapies for treating pancreatic cancer. MIAPaCa-2/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) cells stably express GFP under the control of the STAT5 response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of STAT5 signaling pathway.
