LL/2/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) stable cell line
LL/2 NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the mouse LL/2 lung carcinoma cell line by stably integration of a NF-kB firefly luciferase reporter construct. LL/2 cell line is widely used as a model for metastasis and is useful for studying the mechanisms of cancer chemotherapeutic agents. LL/2 NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the NF-kB response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of NF-kB signaling pathway.
